So that no misunderstandings can arise all bookings are provisional subject to receipt of a deposit of £150 or minimum of £10 per player, whichever is the greater [non-refundable]. Final numbers are required 5 days in advance of your visit. The minimum charges will be based on this confirmed figure.
A booking is provisional until a deposit is received and will be released from the club diary if the requested deposit is not paid within 2 weeks.
We ask that all charges for your day are paid before commencing your golf and a receipt and green fee tags will be issued for your group.
Group size - Society packages are for a minimum number of 12 players.

The Clubhouse is open from 8am and closes 1 hour after sunset [BST]. Times may vary during the winter months.
All visitors are expected strictly to observe the Etiquette of Golf and at all times play without undue delay. It is particularly stressed that no ball may be driven from the 1st tee when players are on the 15th green.
Society Organisers must ensure that all those taking part have a reasonable experience of the game.
